This is determined by the state in which you reside, and by how quickly you want or need to send the payment. Normal payments are sent to the PO Box associated with the state where you reside. However, if you need to send the payment overnight you cannot send it to a PO Box. In that case, use the full address with your overnight package.

If the payment stub is not available, please write the policy number clearly on the check. The payment stub provides important information such as your policy number, related billing data, and the mailing address. Omission of the payment stub could delay application of payment by several days.
