How do I report a claim?
- Call TimeSaver Claim Service toll-free at 1-800-588-7400 anytime, day or night.
- Have your policy number handy.
- Provide the representative with your name, location, and telephone number and explain your situation.
- Be prepared to answer questions about what happened.
- You will be asked to write down your claim number and other information.
Your TimeSaver Representative will:
- Take your loss information and respond to your immediate needs.
- Assign a claim number.
- Forward your loss report to a claim specialist in your area. Your claim specialist will call to follow-up with you as soon as possible. This usually happens in less than 2 hours (during office hours), but always before the end of the next business day. We respond immediately to emergencies.
- Notify your agent right after your call. You can depend on the professional advice of your independent agent if you have questions about your policy or coverages.
